Sarah Kemp has joined the MHC Franchise Management Team as Director of Quality and Compliance.

Speaking to Sarah about her role she said, ‘My Homecare already has an impressive track record in the market, and in the weeks and months ahead, it’s crucial that we continue to build a strong position to see what more we can do, both as My Homecare and as part of the wider industry.’

Sarah’s role as Director of Quality and Compliance is to direct company software, policies, and practices to ensure that all branches are following policy and reporting regulations. These Quality Audits will also be a good way for Sarah to meet all of our branches even if it has to be virtually for the time being.
