Some great feedback received on behalf of CQC – My Homecare Kingston

We received this from our My Homecare Kingston team, It is part of an email received on behalf of the CQC regarding feedback on services provided by this relatively new My Homecare branch.
“Hi Angela
Just wanted to update you as to feedback from our telephone calls. All of the people we spoke (4 relatives) with were very happy with the service and would recommend it to others.
Typical feedback included:
– It is well run and organised.
– There are no problems with the company what so ever.
-Not only are they kind and efficient they are very respectful to mum who has dementia, they treat her so kind and gentle.
-I do not think any way could be improved they go above and beyond.
-We have a pad and they leave notes and I leave notes so we know she has eaten.
-No ways to improve.
-I would recommend to anyone.
-I have very good contact and can ring Angela or the carers at any time.”
