Quality Audit time for the My Homecare Franchise Management Team after a lovely Easter break.

This week we are carrying out our Quality Audit Service at My Homecare Halifax.

Our Quality Audits consist of performance indicators based on the quality of care services our branches provide, we also look at how they are developing as a successful business. The branches are scored and given the relevant feedback on areas where they perform well and also any areas they can improve.
