The My Homecare Franchise Team grows
We have some exciting news for new and existing My Homecare Franchisee’s! This month will see out Franchise Team grow with the exciting addition of our new Tendering and Compliance Consultant, Stephen Clark.
Stephen Clark has been involved in the care sector for over 10 years. Starting with a small rural company in west Durham, helping it to retain its Social Services contract through the tender and procurement process. He has been employed in most roles, including hands on care. He then went on to manage a Domiciliary Care company of his own and grew it from just over 400 hours per week to over 2000 in 2 years. After selling the company in 2014 he joined a large national company as development manager helping it to grow to over 15,000 hours per week.
Stephen has extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of procurement and Tendering as well as contract compliance with both CQC and local authorities. He has been successful in procuring contracts worth over £2 million pounds per year.
His role as with My Homecare as Tendering and Compliance Consultant will provide franchisees with support on any aspect of Domiciliary Care and is available for assistance with Tender applications. He will also be responsible for audits of each of the Franchises to help ensure they stay on track.
