The My Homecare Management team interview potential managers for more NEW branches

Finding the right Managers for our investors.

A key part to having a successful care company is finding the right team to work alongside you, one of the most important roles is the role of the Registered Manager. We know only too well how important it is to find the right candidate to fill this crucial position and so we take an active role and assist our investors in their recruitment of their Registered Manager.

This week the My Homecare Franchise team have been doing just this and have been to Oxford and Croydon to interview potential new Registered Managers for our new My Homecare Oxford and Croydon branches.

An overview of a very successful year for My Homecare – What happened in 2017

2017 was a good year for My Homecare

Building a reputable brand:

My Homecare is growing and developing at a steady rate. Our name has become synonymous with providing quality care services and every branch inspected has gained a GOOD standard with the CQC.

So far Durham, Yorkshire and Manchester have all gained this award following their first annual inspection.

Branching out:

Having 5 branches in the franchise in 2016 we took this total to 19 registered branches in 2017.

Our target for 2018 is to hit 32 branches by the end of the year.

My Homecare branches combined are rapidly approaching 6000 weekly hours of care provision and in 2018 this is expected to more than double, so watch this space!

My Homecare Quality Audit :

Crowborough have been the first branch to undergo our new My Homecare quality audit and they have been awarded a 4star High Quality standard

The Management team expands:

This year My Homecare have again invested and recruited a new member of the franchise team for your support. Cameron who shares his extensive knowledge and experience and provides beneficial information on the marketplace covering NHS and Private care, He shows best practice in approaching tenders and how to be an approved provider. Alongside this he will cover various policies and procedures and quality management.

New website:

Our marketing Manager Erika has been working closely with our website developer to produce what we believe to be a modern, interactive site that is still easy for prospective clients to navigate around.

July has it all going on for us – My Homecare Franchise

My Homecare are on fire this July!

SUCCESS SUCCESS SUCCESS We never tire of hearing that our investors and their teams are getting the results we all work hard together to help them achieve.

This month it’s been a double hit with the teams at My Homecare Reading and My Homecare Stanmore both getting their official CQC registration through, we didn’t doubt it for a second! Well done everybody.

A big double handed pat on the back to the My Homecare Franchise team for supporting yet more investors on their journey and achieving those positive results, these two additions take our registered branches total upto 16!

Great teamwork all round.

Bigger premises needed to match demand – Business growth My Homecare Crowborough

My Homecare Crowborough – moving on to bigger and better.

Our investor Danny and his team at My Homecare Crowborough have seen rapid growth in their Crowborough branch since getting their CQC registration in 2016, so much so that they have moved out of their original office and moved into bigger premises to accomodate their growing team of carers and office staff.

There’s no messing about with this team, they do their jobs and they do them well, their hard work is obviously paying off.

The My Homecare Management Team continues to grow – Quality, Compliance and Tendering Manager

Quality, Compliance and Tendering Manager joins the growing My Homecare Team.

Originally trained as a Geologist, Cameron has over 25 years of experience in the private sector.  He has extensive knowledge of tender acquisition and monitoring, project management, risk assessment and business development.  Since 2009 he has worked as a Quality and Compliance Manager in the Home Care Sector, winning multi-million pound contracts and ensuring compliance with CQC and commissioners’ care standards.

His role at My Homecare as Quality, Compliance and Tendering Manager will be to provide franchisees with support in growing their businesses and maintaining the highest standards of care provision. He will be sharing his knowledge and experience with franchisee’s alongside our other experts during the training that we provide to all of our investors at the intial start up, you can then put what has been learnt into practice as quickly as possible.

Another week another new branch registered- My Homecare Slough-South Bucks

Another  My Homecare branch registered with CQC.

What a great start to a Monday morning, we’ve just heard that our branch in Slough-South Bucks are now registered with the CQC. This latest branch takes our registered branches upto 11 and with more in the pipeline it is exciting to see the My Homecare network growing at such a fast rate.

We are excited to announce yet another My Homecare branch now have their CQC Registation through. The team at My Homecare Huddersfield have been working hard towards getting their registration and with our support and advice have now been given the good news and official go-ahead to start trading.

My Homecare Huddersfield take our number of registered branches upto 10, it is so rewarding seeing our branches smashing their goals and being successful.
