Our Northern Meeting in York was a great success, always good catching up with everyone and talking about the latest going’s on within the My Homecare brand. Indeed joined us to discuss the best practice for recruitment and Phil from PASSsystem shared an introduction to PASSsystem, a system which is leading the market in mobile care monitoring. But the highlight for us was listening to branches sharing their success stories with everyone, Thank you for attending and taking part, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
Well done to My Homecare Cheshire for their recent achievement. With support and guidance from our Head Office Management team My Homecare Cheshire have now joined the Stockport Ethical Framework. This means being the certified provider for the Stockport Ethical framework the team will be working alongside Stockport Metropolitan Council to drive up the standards of home care.
It was double success when conducting two Quality Audits in March. Both My Homecare Haringey and My Homecare Slough achieved full 5 star “Exceptional” ratings by the Homecare Management team.
The team at My Homecare Haringey displayed an exceptional standard of work across all areas, in particular, their high-quality person-centred care plans.
Our Compliance Manager was particularly impressed with My Homecare Slough‘s excellent practice around OpenPASS.
