Well done to the My Homecare Harrow team for all of their hard work and achieving a 4 star High standard rating in their recent My Homecare Quality Audit. Our compliance team were particularly impressed with the standard of in-house training performed by the branch Registered Manager Sarah.
This week we have been carrying out Quality Audits on both the My Homecare Harrow and My Homecare Surrey branches. Both of these branches are performing really well with their care hours increasing and their care teams growing, we are expecting some good scores (Rating pending).
What is a Quality Audit?
““As part of the My Homecare franchise package our experts provide an internal audit and accreditation service to our franchise partners. Under our Star Quality Rating, individual branches get assessed by members of our experienced Head Office team. We undertake these assessments at a minimum every year. We measure the service on 40 performance indicators, which includes the quality of the care you provide, but also how your business is developing. Star Ratings are posted on your website and used to promote your service. The audit is usually completed in one day and is excellent preparation for potential CQC or commissioner inspections. The process is collaborative and design to support the My Homecare branches. Full feedback and suggestions are given following the audit.”
