My name is David Johnson and I am the founder of My Homecare Ltd.
The first company I opened with this business model was in 2001. After 12 years running successfully the company was sold in 2013. At the time we had around 450 employees, multiple branches, a turnover circa £5 million, many private and health authority contracts alongside seven large local authority contracts.
The second care company, My Homecare (Durham) was the first franchise branch opened in March 2015 using the same business model and is now an established provider and profitable with sales approaching £1 million a year. Now in summer 2018 we have 25 registered branches and more branches under development across the country. The My Homecare franchise provides investors an opportunity to work in a team, so they can open their company and take their part of the estimated 20 billion pound and growing care industry.

Once your company is registered and trading we provide you with three months free support.
For the rest of our agreement our capped franchise fee is an industry low 3% of your Gross Sales, allowing you to retain more of your profits.

The road to success
If you are considering opening your own care company, please just call or E mail and we can discuss your circumstances and decide whether or not our low cost, high support franchise is right for you. Most decide that it is! From the start we are looking for franchises and new partners who have the DRIVE, the DESIRE and the PERSONALITY TO SUCCEED. Our unique model focuses not primarily at the level of your capital funding available rather your work ethic and ambition. However as with all businesses, you will need to invest. We will also discuss the funding required and your capital to run the business right from our first call.
Once both parties decide to go ahead and with initial checks complete, your company structured and registration application submitted, you can progress to earn your certificate in running a domiciliary care business. We ensure your new company care management team has completed our 5 days care business training course to achieve our quality standard. Our trainers have the required qualifications and experience to save you time and money. Training is bespoke to your requirements and previous experience.
We will help from the beginning. From interviewing your key personnel, submitting your application, through to being present to assist with the final registration review from the CQC or equivalent body in your new office. Then once registered, we stay there when the hard work really starts.

My Homecare franchise team get you trading by using our experience to help you construct your company to succeed right from the beginning. Consulting and business planning right from the start we will register your company with the appropriate regulatory body and following the completion of our comprehensive initial care and business training program, you will receive our marketing advice to start trading. Our goal is to educate and register your branch as a professional care company with the Care Quality Commission (England) or Care Inspectorate (Scotland) or Care and Social Services Inspectorate (Wales). Our training and support will allow you to gain this professional status so as to manage a full range of care services within 3 to 6 months.
